It follows reports of youths on electric scooters and mopeds, who were hiding their identities with balaclavas.
The people were taken into custody on suspicion of stealing vehicles, drug driving, and being involved in drug supply.
Police say that they’re going to continue their work in the area and work with their partners to prevent further crimes.
