Members of the Wimbledon-based Communication Workers Union are walking out in their sixth day of action in recent months.
Royal Mail says the strike action "threatens the job security" of its staff.
The CWU there are plans to delay the arrival of post by three hours and slash sick pay.
Dave Ward, the union's general secretary, says that's unacceptable.
