Richmond’s Safe Space initiative has been extended to provide vulnerable people support on the weekend as the nights get darker.

The space staffed by community police, British Transport Police and council workers, is accessible between 9pm and 1am on Friday and Saturday nights at Richmond Train Station.

It can be found in the pedestrian area outside the station, providing anyone a safe place to wait for their lift home.
