Wimbledon’s MP is going to war with moped delivery drivers who block roads in and around the town centre

Stephen Hammond says vital drop-off spaces outside the station are being unfairly taken up from as early as 8am. 

Mr Hammond says an agreed alternative to help the situation has not been acted upon.
