A report says Britain's biggest force failed to protect women and failures into investigations put them at risk.
The murder of Sarah Everard from Clapham by police officer Wayne Couzens prompted women to come forward and report serial rapist David Carrick.
Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley says “It must be a catalyst for police reform”.
He adds that the force is facing challenges of “funding, governance, growing demand and resource pressures”.
One of his victims, who's voiced by an actor, wants the force completely overhauled.
