Transport for London claims its research shows nine in ten cars in outer London are now ULEZ compliant.

TfL is expanding the Ultra Low Emission Zone £12.50 daily charge for the most polluting vehicles to the whole of London in August. 

The Mayor of London says he has committed to the introduction of a million extra bus kilometres in outer boroughs.

But Lib Dem MP for Richmond Park Sarah Olney, says buses have been struggling for a while in her constituency.
