A dad from Epsom is taking on a 3,900 km bike ride from Helsinki to Epsom in memory of his son.

Sepp Hall was diagnosed with a late stage and rare type of brain tumour at just 11 months old, 

Between  5 and 10 children in the UK are diagnosed with Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumour with only a 30% chance of survival.

Sam Hall says the challenge is part of his grieving process.
