A group representing builders says the ULEZ is “likely” to affect tradespeople’s willingness to work in London

The Builders Merchants Federation has written to the Mayor of London saying many small builders will see a “hugely significant impact”. 

City Hall says the new £12.50 daily charge on the most polluting vehicles is needed to clean up London’s air. 

The BMF says it could lead to delays, cancellations, and cost uncertainty.
