A leading charity says it’s tremendously concerned about the number of older people in Hounslow living without central heating.

Age UK was reacting to census figures analysed by th PA news agency which showed 271 over 65 were living alone without heating. 

The group is blaming limited incomes and has urged the government to do more to help by nexrt winter.
