Former Bayern Munich boss Julian Nagelsmann has removed himself from the running to be Chelsea's next manager.

The 35-year-old held talks with the Premier League club's owners but has decided the current structure doesn't suit his approach.

Ex-Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is now the favourite to take the job.
