Heathrow says it's still losing money even though passenger numbers were up 74% to £16.9 million in the first three months of this year.

The airport's operator blames the passenger fee it charges airlines, saying it's been set too low by the Civil Aviation Authority.

Shareholders are being warned not to expect a dividend in 2023.
