A new staff garden at St Peter’s Hospital in Ashford has been opened by a royal guest.

Birgitte Van Deurs, The Duchess of Gloucester, opened the area on Friday.

The courtyard garden was transformed into a tranquil space for staff, to honour the hard work they do and the risks they take.
