Two people have been arrested in Kingston after their car was flagged on an ANPR system for being connected to drugs.

Officers pulled over the vehicle to find the driver was under the influence.

After a search of the car, police found a knuckle duster belonging to the passenger and he was arrested.

The driver was also arrested after officers uncovered illegal substances in the vehicle.
