Camron Smith was found suffering from stab wounds on the 9th of July on Bracken Avenue in Shrublands. He died at the scene.
A 15-year-old has been taken into custody and has since been released on bail pending further enquiries at the end of August.
Three men have already appeared in court along with another 20-year-old who was arrested on suspicion but has since been bailed.
