Danny Norris lost his brother in 1981 in Lammas Park in Staines after getting into trouble in the water.
Since publishing the video, he's received messages from people saying it helped them.
One girl says she was invited to go bridge diving in Manchester, but didn't because of the video, and a man died in the river a few days later.
