Boris Johnson been defending the expansion of Stop and Search powers as a way to get dangerous weapons off the streets.

The Prime Minister also backs the idea of offenders convicted of anti-social behaviour joining hi-vis "chain gangs" to act as a deterrent.

Mr Johnson and Home Secretary Priti Patel met with Surrey Police and Crime Commissioner Lisa Townsend this morning.
