People in Hounslow are being offered gift cards and the chance to support charities, in return for getting fit.

The council has partnered with the app BetterPoints to give people rewards.

5,000 points will get you a £5 Sainsburys gift card, equal to around 17 weeks of running two and a half hours a week.

Daily prize draws and points for attending some events are also ways to earn points.

The points will also be able to be spent at certain local businesses.
