1,250 letters are being given to the Clapham Junction Asda, following a “terrifying mob attack” last month

Five were arrested and six injured during the brawl on July the 22nd.

The GMB Union is calling on the supermarket to prosecute whenever a colleague is abused or assaulted, and to install “adequate security”.

At the time, Asda said “We do not tolerate any form of violence or abuse towards colleagues or customers and we are working closely with the police in their enquiries".

We’ve contacted Asda for further comment.
