Police have just released details of the incident on the 19th of July, near Tilt Road cemetery, between 1pm and 2.45.
It’s believed two separate dog walkers may have seen it, a woman in her 30s with a Chihuahua and a middle-aged man with a large shaggy dog.
A E-fit has been released of the suspect, who’s between 50 and 60, with a London accent, and a black Nike backpack.
