Part of a split-level flat on the second floor of the building above the pub and half of the third floor are alight.
Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters are attending the blaze at the premises on Battersea Rise.
Road closures are currently in place and people are being urged to avoid the area. The cause of the fire is not currently known
