A marathon paddleboard will take place on the Thames next month.

Boarders are trying to raise £10,000 for London’s Air Ambulance by paddling from Old Windsor to Kingston.

Rachel Bambrough is from SUP4, which is organising the event on the 4th.  

She explains why they’ve chosen this charity to raise money for.
