Tammy Abraham's understood to have agreed a move to Roma from Chelsea.

The England striker will have a medical in the Italian capital ahead of signing a five-year contract.

Abraham was also wanted by Arsenal, but it seems he's chosen to join Jose Mourinho in Rome.
