The documentary, which takes viewers behind the scenes of accident and emergency, will move to Nottingham from next year.
There have been 24 series to date, filmed over 10 years, with 200 episodes featuring at St George’s.
The programme’s producers say George’s has been a “wonderful home” but they are excited about working with a new hospital.
