Hammersmith and Fulham Council is the first authority in London to gain accreditation for a new anti-social behaviour scheme

Residents suffering persistently will now be given the chance to get their cases reviewed via the “ASB Pledge.”

The scheme allows victims to examine what actions have been taken by authorities including the council and police.

To qualify for the review, they must have been affected by three separate incidents of anti-social behaviour over the space of 6 months.
