An inquest has heard the operation to manage Streatham terrorist Sudesh Amman "could not have been more effective."

He went on a minute-long stabbing rampage, before being shot dead by police in south London in February 2020.

Firearms officers say the tactics used at the time were "correct" - though his family called the undercover surveillance of him at the time a "failure".

The inquest continues.
