Surrey’s former Police and Crime Commissioner, Kevin Hurley, says the Foreign Secretary should be engaging with the Taliban

During his time in the military, Mr Hurley was mobilised for the 2003 invasion of Iraq. 

He served as the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear materials advisor to the commander of 16 Air Assault Brigade.
