The Friends of Wimbledon Park have started a petition, asking for it to open at 7am every day, rather than 8 on weekdays and 9 on weekends.
It’s being supported by the area’s MP Stephen Hammond.
The Friends say they’ve spoken to Merton Council, but there’s been no agreement so far.
