Campaigners blocked the carriageway between junctions 9 for Leatherhead and 10 for Wisley - stopping traffic and pouring blue paint on the road.
Activists have also targeted the motorway in Hertfordshire, Kent and Essex over the past week.
They're demanding better home insulation.
