Launching on the 1st October, the centre based at Brooklands College will provide expert support for 18-24 year olds.
All support is free of charge with £71,000 of funding provided through the Department of Work and Pension`s Flexible Support Fund.
It follows a successful bid by both Elmbridge and Runnymede borough councils earlier this year, who are also investing a further £45,000.
