They’re not allowed to stop or sit in areas including Station Parade, and must remove their personal belongings from the telephone box there.
The Police say they encouraged the person to engage with support services and charities for a number of months, but the person didn’t.
They must leave the area by 10am on Monday, and can’t properly return for three years.
