An animal has been seized at Heathrow, along with 50 tablets for a dog that aren’t authorised in the US or UK

The animal was destined for a home in West Yorkshire and had been shipped from Australia.

Gabapentin is used to treat seizures in humans, and while some vets in the US prescribe it, it’s not properly approved.
