Brentford manager Thomas Frank wants his team to go one step further in the League Cup this season.

They reached the semi-finals of the tournament last time out.

Oldham are the visitors to Brentford Community Stadium in the third round this evening.

Frank says last season's journey has given them good experience in the competition.
