The workers at Hounslow Council have been praised for their growth, resilience and positivity during the pandemic.

The authority won an award from the Public Services People Managers Association.

The judges commended the new “values and behaviours” and how they were used day-to-day by officers.

Councillor Candice Atherton says they want an “environment of fulfilment”.
