175,000 illegal cigarettes have been seized at a storage unit in Waddon.

Most of it wasn’t duty-paid, and some is suspected to be counterfeit.

Anyone caught involved in either selling or supplying illegal tobacco faces up to 10 years in prison and an unlimited fine.

Customers can spot illegal cigarettes because they may not contain the correct health warnings or are written in a foreign language.
