A former Met Police officer has been found proven of sexually touching two underage women at a nightclub in Kingston.

David Henigan was off duty during the incident in September 2019.

He’s been added to a barring list, and would have been dismissed without notice if he was still serving.

Chief Superintendent Simon Ovens says Henigan’s actions were “completely unacceptable”.
