Every police force in England and Wales is to review allegations of violence against women and girls by serving officers.

It's part of an action plan set out at a National Police Chiefs' Council meeting last week.

It follows the kidnap of Sarah Everard in Clapham and her subsequent  murder by former PC Wayne Couzens.

Forces will also look again at vetting practices and whether they're complying with procedures.
