Opposition parties believe an independent inquiry into the "systematic failures" which contributed to a serving police officer murdering Sarah Everard in Clapham isn't "robust" enough

Home secretary Priti Patel announced the two part review yesterday, but Labour and the SNP say it lacks legal power.

The non-statutory inquiry will look at Wayne Couzens' behaviour, as well as wider issues across policing.
