Richmond Council says it’s being introduced as levels of the virus remain high in the borough.
It’s hoped the facility, opposite the White House Community Centre, will start operating next Friday.
Test appointments will only be available to book for those with Coronavirus symptoms or who have had a positive lateral flow test.
