The Telegraph reports that fewer than one-in-fifteen have been sold in its first year of marketing at Thames City.
Furthermore, more than half of those have gone to friends or employees of the developers, or other related parties.
Developer R&F says they’ve exchanged on £100m of property in the UK in 2021, and disputes that half their UK sales are related party transactions.
