Across Europe sweeping COVID-19 restrictions are being imposed in a bid to tackle a fourth wave of the virus currently surging across the continent

Germany, Austria, and Slovakia have reintroduced restrictions in the run-up to Christmas. 

Tim Meads has been a fishmonger in Kingston for the past forty-one years. His business, Websters fishmongers, has been in the town since 1866 and opened the first fish shop in the market. 

 He says reintroducing lockdown measures in England now would be catastrophic.
