Efforts to improve parks across the borough of Hounslow have been recognised in the fifth annual Good Parks for London report

The council’s parks service was named the third-best performing across the capital, in a list which also included Hammersmith and Fulham.

Among the work commended in Hounslow’s parks were creation of  new orchards and meadows, bee banks and the involvement of residents and volunteers.
