49 year old Matthew Tester, known as Tik, died at the scene after officers were called to an incident in Church Road in April.
The second victim, also in his 40s, received hospital treatment for serious injuries.
27 year old Shaan Mir from Weybridge pleads not guilty to the charges against him.
