Johanna Konta says she "ran out of steam" for coping with pain - after announcing her retirement from tennis aged 30.

The former British number one says it feels like a "break-up" - but says she lived her "dreams" by having the career she had.

Konta reached three Grand Slam semi-finals, including Wimbledon, and was once ranked fourth in the world.
