Plans to build 600 new homes and a children’s centre in a part of Chelsea have been paused.

There have already been three rounds of consultations with residents, about the Cheyne site in Thorndike Close.

But the council says concerns about the look of the proposed buildings have caused the pause. 

Officials say they’ll reconvene in the new year.
