£5m is to be spent in Wandsworth to improve high streets in the south of the borough.

They’re looking to tackle issues such as clutter and traffic flow.

Councillor Rhodri Morgan says they’ll speak to people and businesses to “come up with a clear picture” of what needs to be done.

The plans are subject to council approval next week.
