A driver has been disqualified for twelve months, following a crash on the A3 near Claygate.

The person was found to be over the drug driving limit following the incident in September.

Pictures show the crash barrier was damaged, and the police say that it’s “likely” the insurer will reclaim their costs due to the conviction.
