Officers were called to Prune Hill at around 9:50 after a Red Seat Ibiza left the road near the railway crossing.
Three other teenagers in the car were taken to
hospital with minor injuries.
Police are urging any witnesses with
information or anyone with dashcam footage to contact them on 101.
