Emergency crews were called on Friday morning to the bridge over the M3, between the Twynersh Roundabout on Staines Road and Mill Lane.
He was taken to hospital but has since died of his injuries.
Anyone who saw the incident between an HGV and a Mercedes is asked to contact Surrey Police.
