Youngsters from Kingston Academy have been getting water safety training on the Thames

The sessions are being led by Kingston Maritime Volunteer Service. 

Steve Collins is part of the team which patrols the Kingston part of the Thames every weekend. 

He says there’s a big difference when it comes to children being “water-wise.”
