34 year old Gary Hayde from Cheam appeared in court earlier and was remanded until Wednesday when he’ll appear at the Old Bailey.
25 year old Kyle Kelson was shot dead in Brocks Drive in the early hours of June the 19th.
Two other men have also been charged with murder.
